I’m excited to start something new and semi-regular on the Inspired Blog. As some of you know I am positive crazy, and gratitude is a huge part of that. In order for great things to come into our lives we need to take a break every now and then and appreciate all the good that already surrounds us. Even if you are in a crappy place right now it is still important to grab a hold of anything you can and really appreciate it.
On today’s gratitude break I would like you to thank someone and let them know at least one reason you are grateful for them. This can be a friend, family member, hell even a cat. As long as you take a moment to truly appreciate the good that has come into your life because of them. When you are feeling down throughout the day, pause, step back and remember those feelings of gratitude. It can really change how your day will turn out!
